COINs
Community Organized Informal Networking events, or COINs, are part of community-building efforts offered by the ARCHES program. COINs are cross-departmental, in-person networking, and peer-mentorship opportunities for the ARCHES community to connect with colleagues in small group settings with funding from the ARCHES Program.
Peer-Mentorship Circles
Peer-Mentorship Circles are a coordinated peer-mentorship program for the ARCHES community. ARCHES Peer-Mentorship Circles are small, informal communities of research faculty in similar academic ranks who share their experiences, challenges, solutions, and accomplishments.
Office Hours
Office Hours are a program for the ARCHES community to drop-in to speak with an ARCHES core faculty member on any topic. Office Hours are intended to be a trusted space to discuss sensitive issues, including career and workplace challenges. The goal is to provide connections, contacts, resources, and insights for solutions or next steps for our community members in a personalized environment of active listening.
