COINs
Community Organized Informal Networking events, or COINs, are part of community-building efforts offered by the ARCHES program. COINs are cross-departmental, in-person networking, and peer-mentorship opportunities for the ARCHES community to connect with colleagues in small group settings with funding from the ARCHES Program.
Peer-Mentorship Circles
Peer-Mentorship Circles are small, informal communities of research faculty in similar academic ranks, who share their experiences, challenges, solutions, and accomplishments, providing mutual support and guidance in the larger UCSF environment.
New Faculty Peer Cohorts
ARCHES New Faculty Peer Cohorts are unique Peer-Mentorship Circles comprised of early-career research faculty across schools at UCSF. All ARCHES New Faculty Peer Cohort members are faculty members who were recently hired and were provided significant start-up funding from their school or department.
